I was delighted recently when a new start-up business invited me to work with them as mentor.
The future bodes well for these two young lawyers whose business GUARDIAN WILLS AND PROBATE is often about workiing with clients who are experiencing traumatic times and are therefore vulnerable. Dev and Yasmin have recognised the importance of "listening" - well actually the importance of "HEARING" the client. So COMMUNICATION and SELF-AWARENESS are key issues. They also recognise that with just the two of them currently operating the business their own working relationship is key to success.
In the very short time I have been workiing with Dev and Yasmin they have both grown enormously in their understanding of EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS.
